From: John Murray on 28 Jul 2007 14:29 Hello Brian - Thanks again for taking your time to help with this matter -- I did what you suggested and enabled logging in Outlook. After viewing the log file we discovered that one message was somehow stuck on the server and would not download, blocking everything in the process. Purged the server mailbox and now everything is working as it should.
