I've been doing some tests that after 100 days a RDS server without a
License server returns an error and refuses to work anymore, is this ok?

Actually, the grace period (the period in which a RDS Host can
function without any Licensing Server at all) is 120 days. After
that, you have to install and activate a Licensing Server. Then you
will be able to run for 90 days more on temporary licenses.
