Hi Miguel, I don't have a solution to this, but I have the same problem. When you select the compiler using mex -setup, does MATLAB tell you that it can't find the x64 compiler? This is the problem I have, although I've followed the solution page instructions (see link) http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/en/data/1-6IJJ3L/index.html?solution=1-6IJJ3L As a cross reference, see the discussion at http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/newsreader/view_thread/266328#701080 It appears that this version of MATLAB simply cannot locate the x64 compilers!
