I am running a web site on a windows 2003 server using IIS 6.0 with Java VM
1.5, New Atlanta Servlet Exec and requires client certificates.

When I upload large files to the server I get a 413 error. I can upload
small text files but large images fails. I have changed the
SSLAlwaysNegoClientCerts to True and have tried upping the UploadReadAhead as
well as removing it. It fails no matter what.

Is there anything else I can look at that anybody may know of?
