I S = 9 + 19 = 28
A = 1 = 1
C I P H E R = 3 + 9 + 16 + 8 + 5 + 18 = 59
TOTAL = 144

I point out it will not uniquely decode - so unless the message is
extremely simple and virtually as expected it is useless
