I have seen people with a better sense of what their project involved be unable to reasonably complete less ambitious projects in 3 months time. I do not think you are going to complete a project of this scope in the stated time frame, not unless you get a lot of the components "off the shelf" (that is, you integrate parts already designed and mostly debugged by someone else.)
