From: natalie on 13 Dec 2007 19:34 MowGreen, Its working! I went through all the steps and the files versions stayed the same. I tried to install and it didn't work. So I went back to comodo and even though I have disabled it numerous times I decided to only disable the " Defense +" part if it, which is new. It was where all those pending files were. Then the updates installed. I think that must have been the problem, but I am not sure. It seems resolved for now. Thanks for all your help! Sorry to take up your time when it proberly was comodo after all. From: MowGreen [MVP] on 17 Dec 2007 12:17 You're mowst welcome, Natalie. It was worth the time to find out just how Commdodo, errr, Commodo, was blocking the installation of the peniding files. Thanks for the info ! 'Defense +' sounds like it will present a problem when system files need to be updated on a reboot.
