This probably belongs to the Outlook Group
Since this is a SBS Server Group
(Assuming you are talking about Outlook)

However You can give another person permission to view and add appointments
to your calendar using the steps that are listed below:

1.Within Outlook, click on the Tools menu and select Options. The Options
dialog box will appear.
2.Select the Delegates tab.
3.Click the Add button. The Add Users dialog box will appear.
4.From the Global Address List, select the person you want to grant
permission to.
5.Click Add.
6.Click OK. The Delegate Permissions dialog box appears.
7.Use the drop down arrow to select the type of permission you want to grant
the user over your calendar.
8.If you want the user to be able to see private items, click the Delegate
can see my private items options.
9.Click OK.
10.Click OK.

Meeting requests are just specialized email messages that outlook knows how
to read and respond to.

To do what you want, you'll need to grant permissions to the entire mailbox
(as far as I know.)

it's "Delegates" under tools | Options and includes a brief description and
alternatives to lesser access levels for other functions.
