I was contacted yesterday via email by a gentleman who pointed me to this answer: <http://microsoft.mailarchive.ca/public.access/2006-07/4073.html>. I would need to install this service pack: <http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=A8494EDB-2E89-4676-A16A-5C5477CB9713&displaylang=en>. He indicated that this fixed the problem for him.
