currently i have set up a ssrs 2005 and users that view the reports use
their domain account. I would like to create one report where anyone in the
company can view it. How can I do this?

Most domains have a group that includes all users for the domain. Using
Reportings Services Roles and security usually gets inherited from the root
(home). But you can override that. So just change the security for the
specific report to the group that includes all users.
