I used the "Acronis BootableRescue Media"which was made a few hours earlier.Same thing no help at all. I couldn't log into safe mode either.Any ideas?.BTW,I did a fresh installation,

What is a 'fresh installation"? You did this 'fresh installation' when? If your computer has a floppy drive boot the machine with a Windows 9x startup diskette and issue the FDISK /MBR.
