From: Vikas on 28 May 2010 10:13 Hi, I am trying to use the ActiveDCAM from A&B software to control my firewire camera. I saw that some people had success with it. My camera is interacting correctly with matlab using this software and the sample programs they provide. However, they are using GUIs to interface with the camera and I am not familiar with GUI. Is it possible to use this software without all the GUI stuff. If not, can anyone help with acquiring a XX second video and putting it into a matlab file. Thanks, Vikas.

Hi Vikas, Have you looked into the Image Acquisition Toolbox which comes with a DCAM adaptor? Mark
