KB article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=321379 shows how to create an
extra item in the list that pops up when right-clicking a folder name in
Windows Explorer. No problem there. I would now like to create an extra item
in the list that pops up when right-clicking an *empty* spot in an opened
folder. It normally shows items such as "View", "Sort by", "Group by",
"Refresh". Can someone refer me to a place where the technique is explained?
