Hi,

We are using terminal services on Windows Server 2003 SP1. When a
user attempts to copy text or images from a PDF within Adobe Acrobat
Reader version 8, the following error is displayed:

'There was an error while copying to the Clipboard. An internal error
occured.'

Any ideas?

Regards,
Dion Liddell.

Does this error occur only when in a Terminal Services session or when you
are logged on locally on the server machine?

Also, are there any event logs recorded when the error occurs?

Thanks
Gaurav

We get the same - doesn't seem to be a problem though as the text is copied.

Cheers, Rob.

Problem only appears on 'overloaded' servers where the cpu/memory
usage is excessive. Not really a problem now as I'm adding more
servers to the farm.
