The math for flowing aether is the Inverse Gamma for time slow.
Slowing down in one time takes both matter times down when they flow
as one. Light floats in one time. It floats slower in electric fields
of the atom's particles. It slows where the action is interacting with
matter.

Light is the communicating force of the universe.
