The micro 4/3rds cameras are NOT high ISO machines, PERIOD. If you
shoot at 100-200 ISO, then they are capable of some exceptionally good
images, but beyond that there is noise and other problems. Witness
the one in this post. It's at 3200 ISO, but it is reduced to less
than 1/4 of it's original size and it shows noise, excessive noise
removal, low resolution (even in areas not effected by movement)
yellow blotching and ugly vertical banding on the left side. ANY
modern APS or especially FF camera will do much better so use the
cameras matched for specific tasks. However, the vertical banding is
confined to the GH1 which uses a different sensor than the other micro
4/3rds cameras.

Best regards,

Buying a dSLR doesn't make you a photographer,
it makes you a dSLR owner.

Ever tried high ISO film - very grainy (= noise, can't be enlarged much
etc.)
