Israeli terrorists did bomb the King David hotel, but the target in that case was the British military, not civilians. Israeli terrorists have been accused of some massacres of Arabs, but Arab terrorists have conversely been accused of massacres of Jews. It seems to me both sides are victims of conflict and wise people choose to live elsewhere. There is no compulsion for Palestinian Arabs to endure the conflict. They are free to leave if they find conditions unacceptable. The situation is not so easy for Zionist Jews. While there are many Muslim Arab states in which Muslim Arabs can live, there is only one Zionist state in which Zionist Jews can live.
