Got stung by a fake av last night. It took a little work but I did get rid of if. Wasn't alot of fun tho. I'm using Avira free and the built in firewall on Windows xp Sp3. Internet Security 2010
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove this bug. I've Googled it, but the websites that I've arrived at are just out to set anti-virus software. Another false positive?
I haven't had any threats for months and now TWO within a week! The previous was VideoReDoPlus-2-1-1-413.exe, Tracking number 433125, which I confirmed a day or so ago was a false positive.
