That's about the most unscientific test I've seen. There appears to have
been no attempt to measure efficiency at all. Just output power compared to
some arbitrary home made out of balance "traditional" turbine.

Google Betz Law. It says the maximium efficiency a wind turbine can have is
around 59%.

How efficient is yours?
