Without dragging out my arachnid books for an exact ID, this appears to be
in the crab or ambush spider family, by its posture. They are generally
rather small (~5-8mm), lie motionless in flower-blossoms (usually), and
pounce upon their prey (or, at least just reach out and grab it). They are
often colored the same as the blossoms of the flowers they frequent, for
better camouflage.
