I am testin Apex in 11r2 (win).

When installing OEHR sample, it gives errors when inserting seed customers.
ORA- 01843
obviously wrong date language.
How to fix it?

Changed this:
Home>Application Builder>Manage Application Builder Defaults
but no help.

Question2: does that pdf reporting need some extra software? Or something.

Found it:
APEX uses the Browsers language setting
