After the endless number of seeds of Mac OSX 10.6.3, Apple finally announced
the real thing, which is available to download now in the software update
part of the Apple menu bar. The full list of changes is available on Apple's
website.

After restarting, Time Machine copied 3GB of HFS metadata to my local
hard drive then spent a long time running it through fsck. I haven't
seen HFS+/J volume corruption since 10.6.1 so I'm not sure what it was
looking for. Maybe it's to catch any lingering problems.

Both my desktop and my Mini Server started with Jumbo frames working.
I'm crossing my fingers that they've fixed it. With 10.6.2, I sometimes
had to reboot several times before packets larger than 2K could be
received.

The Canon printer drivers have been updated but they're still not 64
bit. Hopefully somebody fixed the erratic scaling factor.

I'm on vacation so I don't know if the corporate environment stuff is
fixed (SMB, LDAP, Exchange, etc.)
