From: CW on 19 Mar 2010 09:24 In Access 2003 I have just set up User Level Security. I am now assigning the permissions. In the User and Group Permissions window, I selected the Group "Users" and the Object Type "Forms". I checked some of the boxes as desired and assumed this would apply to ALL forms. However I now see that it applied only to the particular Object Name that was highlighted at that time, i.e. just one of my many forms. Do I have to go through every single form (approx 80) and then every single table (approx 60) and the same for queries and reports, setting the permissions for each one individually? Or is there some quick way of selecting multiple objects all at the same time? Many thanks CW
From: CW on 19 Mar 2010 12:51 Sorry, stupid question - normal method of multiple selection i.e. using shift key. Thought I had tried this but it didn't work, but it does now!!
