Anyone reading in plain text would not see this and would have to open the attachment. You can't regulate how others have their machines set up though. The only way to guarantee a graphic will not automatically be shown is to put it in its own folder, zip it, and attach the folder. You could also upload the picture and provide a link. There are a few programs out there you can Google for. I use TinyPic when needed. If you don't want to see this separate section: OE Tools | Options | Read | Read all message in plain text (check/enable this option).
