A user creates a Meeting Invitation with Outlook Attendees who are in
Exchange AND have accounts on the BES server don't show up in Outlook.
They're availability details are displayed, but their names are not. I can
right-click where their name should be and see details such as e-mail address
and free/busy information, but the name is not displayed. I only see semi
colons
blackberry says its an outlook issue. But it only happens with people with
blackberries.

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

Also I have set up calendar troubleshooting. I have the logcalb# files, but
I need MS to read them. CAn anyone help with that?

You may need to open an incident with Microsoft support.

does it happen to everyone or just some people? Have you tried a new
profile?
