Where can I find a audio interface card, PCIe or Rackmount unit that has
drivers for Sun Solaris 10?
Looking to record 4 audio inputs minimum.
thank you

Which hardware platform do you want it to run on? Most X86 systems have
some audio capability. SPARC workstations MAY have such capability.
Ultra 5/Ultra 10 workstations do. Those are the only SPARC machines
that I have any familiarity with.

None, that I know of, have multiple audio inputs; e.g. no stereo! YMMV!

Have a look at the Solaris 10 HCL:

Also, 4Front/OpenSound's HCL:

Are you talking about Sparc or x86?

The on-board hardware on Ultrasparcs will handle stereo audio up to
the CD=DA standard. Also, that on an Ultra 20 M2, which I am
currently setting up to use for some audio processing. I've been
thinking about getting 96Khz 24 bit digitization, which will required
and add-on, and haven't homed in on anything, but have done some
research.

The HCL lists several cards that will work with a driver from
http://www.opensound.com/solaris-x86.html
The M-Audio Delta 44 and Delta 66 cards may be what you are looking
for, and according to the HCL, the opensound driver supports them.
That is for PC hardware, not Sparc. They'll handle your "four
channels stereo" through a breakout box.
