Another way is to use D-Vision (<http://www.objectifmac.com/dvision.php>), which is a video conversion app but which also has an audio-only option. Then select the extraction/conversion you want from the File menu. Similarly, you can use ffmpegX to extract and/or convert the audio stream. -- Spenser
