From: Marc K on 3 Nov 2009 15:06 Occasionally, I'll leave a session disconnected and come back to find that a fresh login is being initiated. I don't know if this occurred because of a system error or because one of the other admins decided it was time to log off all disconnected users. Is there some place to look or something I can activate that will log why a user was logged off whether it was through user initiation, server reboot, administrator action in Terminal Services Manager, etc.?
From: Soo Kuan Teo [MSFT] on 5 Nov 2009 13:32 What is the Windows version of Terminal Services are you running? You can enable the RDP-Tcp auditing Tscc.msc(Win2k3 and earlier) or Tsconfig.msc (Win2k8 or later) Rdp-Tcp->Security (Permissions if w2k3 or earlier)->Advanced->Audit. but I don't think it will provide the reason why a sessions are being logoff.
