From: stef on 18 Jan 2010 06:00 Hi all, Running Exchange 2007 on a Server 2008 domain member. We have a public folder calendar that all employees can see and approx 20 employees can make entries. The problem, two users regularly make entries in the calendar and some of these entries are being deleted. How can i find out who is deleting these entries? thanks, Stef

Who has permission to remove items that they didn't post in the calendar? Those would be the people to ask. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
From: stef on 18 Jan 2010 10:50 Hallo Rich, All 20 employees have the required permission. Are changes to the calendar logged, if so, where? thanks "Rich Matheisen [MVP]" <richnews(a)rmcons.com.NOSPAM.COM> wrote in message news:jao8l5h9pmr6jv5l2vfpt9tpdkpqr3lh0c(a)4ax.com... > On Mon, 18 Jan 2010 12:00:33 +0100, "stef" <stef(a)web.de> wrote: > >>Running Exchange 2007 on a Server 2008 domain member. If they're all /required/ to have those permissions then you have a training problem. If they're given the permission because it's just convenient then you have an administration problem. Why are they all permitted to remove items that aren't theirs? >Are changes to the calendar >logged, if so, where? No. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
