I have been occupied away from the news group for a few days so I have quite a bit of information to digest. I generally keep out of the registry but I learned this past week that my brother uses a registry cleaner every week and has no bother yet. I must find out the name of the cleaner from him - it was payware. I will take the time to digest all that has been said and thank you all once again for all your comments and suggestions. Do your own homework, bub. There, there, take it easy. With diligence and resolve you WILL reach enlightenment and see that your rebellion against the received wisdom of your betters has merit and much to recommend it.
