Is the Qkn server having a problem with auto updates? I haven't been
able to download anything from my four FIs for 3 days now (using Web
Connect), and the summary screens say "Try tomorrow."

I'm using Q2010 and I just downloaded trans from American Express,
Visa, and Charles Schwab and all went ok - no error.

Yes!

I can update brokerage accounts and credit cards, but not Wachovia
Bank accounts. Wachovia doesn't know anything about it. Are you
getting a CC-501 error?

Express Web Connect has been failing spectacularly for the last few days.
I've been going to the individual accounts, and using Update now.
There seems to be some glitch in Scheduled Updates and One Step Update.
All my accounts will update properly if I don't try to do them as a batch.

I tried updating my FIs separately this morning, and all of them
failed. However I can use Firefox to go to my FI websites, log in
manually, and download activity from them into Qkn Deluxe 2010 with no
problem.

Yes, for the download attempts from Qkn for all four of my FIs (as a
group, or separately).

My Qkn Deluxe 2010 HAD been able to do successful one-step updates
from the time I installed it a month or so ago until ~ Saturday, Dec
26. I've made no changes to the Password Vault since I first set it
up.

Does anyone know how/where I could report this to Intuit so that it
gets the quickest attention?
