I have created a 98 page manual with approximately 40 (1-3 page procedures)
within it. How do I set up page numbers to automatically adjust if in the
future I add paragraphs or sentences which results in an added page or two?

What do you mean by automatically adjust?

If you use a { PAGE } field, it will automatically adjust.
