From: Wendy on 8 Mar 2010 22:13 Can someone please help me. I have a situation where I have been given share access to two other calenders. When I set up a meeting for one of my boss's and send the request out I get an automatic acceptance from him, even though he is not even in the office. It asks me for a response, if I accept it says accepted on his behalf. I don't want this, any ideas as to where I turn this feature off would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what exactly you do not wish to happen. You can change the auto-accept feature under TOOLS>OPTIONS>CALENDER OPTIONS. In the popup click the button RESOURCE SCHEDULING. Here you can choose for Outlook to automatically accept a meeting. This must be done under your boss'account for him to accept meetings. As you notice you can configure here also choose other options and permissions. Hopefully this is what you wish to know.
