From: JGreg7 on 5 May 2010 16:27 After enetring all of my autotext entries into Outlook 2007, when I try to use them they are inserted in the Normal style. However when replying or forwarding, I have the text font set to blue. In this case the autotext / quckparts does not pick up the surrounding style, but instead is inserted as a regular Normal style. In Outlook 2003, the autotext entries adopted the style of the section they were being inserted into. How do I fix this in Outlook 2007? By the way, all of the autotext entries are saved without paragraph marks so they should not bring in any unwanted styles. -- Thank you, John Gregory |
