From: Spamblk on 7 Jan 2010 19:17 If you don't mind the command line, ffmpeg circa 10MB download can convert from/to many video formats (its the program I use). Whether the converted file is smaller will depend on the original quality vs. the new encoded quality. wmv/flv/mp4 will be typically smaller than MP2.
