This should help you out some its a preconfigured version of color64
bbs that works with vice I ahev actually ran this in tha past.

you can grab it here http://retrogradebbs.com/projects/color64bbs80/color64bbs_vice.html
That site is sorta in limbo but the link and the file are still
active.

I also run a Color64 BBS but on real hardware.
