My network runs Windows Server 2003 Standard (SP2) and we backup using Symantec Backup Exc 12 for Windows Servers.

Our backups always run smoothly, until last night - when we got an exception saying unable to open C:\WINDOWS\security\edb.log
C:\WINDOWS\security\tmp.edb

Any idea what caused this all of a sudden, and how important it is? How do I fix it?
