Hi,

We ahve a Windows 2008 server which we backup using Symantec Backup Exec,
unfortunately the backups are failing with the following error:

VSS Snapshot warning. File c:\windows\system32\vmbuspipe.dll is not present
on the snapshot.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access Denied. Cannot backup directory and its
subdirectories.

I have done a lot of digging into this error and everything points towards
having Hyper V on the server but ours does not.

I have tried excluding the file which has not helped I have also searched
the server and registry for the file without any success.

Can anyone help?
