Could you be a lot more specific about what you are looking for?
"Bayesian regression" is really vague, considering all the Bayesian
tools that are out there.

Okay, that helps a lot. If you have SAS 9.1.3, you can go to the SAS
website and find the download for PROC BGENMOD, which is experimental.
I have not tried it yet, so good luck! But it should do Bayesian logistic
regression, among other things.
