Prev: Outlook shuts down when invites sent from shared Calendar
Next: Calendar Printing Assistant-won't update
From: Teija on 17 Mar 2010 11:10 Environment: SBS 2003 - Outlook 2003. Our Executive Assistant schedules Management Team meetings and M-Team members accept them. This is turning into a problem because of their iPhones, so we'd like to have the assistant place the meetings in the M-Team calendars without accept/reject. We don't want to ask M-Team members change the general accept/reject options, because this would affect all meeting requests. We also don't want to ask the assistant to go to each person's calendar separately to enter these meetings. Can anyone help us with information on how the assistant could just place the meetings on all M-Team members' calendars at once? Thank you! -- Teija http://forums.slipstick.com

Is the assistant sending them by mail now? If so, how about using a rule to accept them?
