Got an email from them yesterday claiming that "BillMonitor analysed your O2 bills for 07740191877 and has your best mobile contract recommendation ready for you." Okay, that's good news, so I follow the link in the email and get this: "500. Oh goodness me. Something catastrophic has happened and everything has broken. Oh dear – it's all busted up!" I thought I'd try it with my T-Mobile account, but got this response: "BillMonitor tried to analyse your T-Mobile bills but reported that xxxxxxxxxxx is a Pay As You Go (PAYG) account. Unfortunately, BillMonitor does not support PAYG accounts currently. It only supports Pay Monthly (PAYM) accounts, including SIM Only contracts." Fair enough. But it's a pay monthly contract account on T-Mobile's Combi 15. I got a shiny new phone when I signed up, so I'm guessing it's not SIM only.
