From: Summer1 on 23 Mar 2010 04:54 Hi Everyone: I have a scanner and I can obviously scan different documents and save each one as a PDF file. How do I 'bundle' several files into one file using Adobe Reader or do I need a special Adobe program to do what I want to do? Is it a 'free' download? Second, how do I photocopy a double-sided document? Can I photocopy the 'other' side without turning it over? Any assistance is appreciated.

You can "obviously" scan a document and save it as a pdf file *only* because your scanner came bundled with software (most likely a version of Adobe Acrobat (*not* Adobe Reader)) that has that capability. In order to determine how to make double-sided copies using your scanner and how to use your bundled software to make a multi-page pdf document, read the directions that came with your scanner and software. If you don't have the user manuals that came with your hardware, or can't understand them, post the make and model of your scanner and identify the software package that came with it. If your bundled software can't do what you want, see the suggestions from boatman312 and David Lipman. -- Lem Apollo 11 - 40 years ago: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/apollo/40th/index.html
