In MS Exchange 2003 Server,

Is it possible to stop email from deliver to recipient immedialy after sent
by mistake.
Or recall an email completely after the email is delivered to recipient
inbox (recipient no chance to read the email).

(Other than using the "Recall" feature in MS Outlook)
