I use "Actions > Send Web Page by E-mail". Then setup the bookmark, and a
link to the bookmark in Outlook. This link takes the recipient to the web
page (www.webpage.com#bookmark), rather than jumping them to that part of the
email. It seems like this should be possible since you can set the link to
go to a bookmark. I don't even get how it thinks I would possibly want it to
go to a web page. Help is much appreciated!
