What the heck?! I just got a message from Amazon saying that they
can't source a copy of the new book and are cancelling my pre-order.
I've had this pre-order for what -- 2, 3 years now? Anyone know
what's going on?

I got that message too so I contacted Brian who said the book hasn't been
cancelled and everything is moving along. It should be out soon.
