Can someone please tell me if/how I can re-size the preview panel in the
building blocks organizer? I use building blocks for lots of addresses and
other information, but only for text and nothing greater than Arial 12 font.
It appears in the preview panel in such a minute size that I would need a
magnifying glass to read it!

Any help appreciated.

The preview in the Organizer cannot be resized. (Yes, we've
complained, and the Word developers know how bad it is.)

Read http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Buiild_Employ_Custom_BB_Gallery.htm for
a possible workaround.

Many thanks for your response Jay, and for the link - I'll try the
workaround. Your help is appreciated.
