Well, in general the purpose of this newsgroup is for MATLAB users to get help with their MATLAB code from other MATLAB users. People reply to threads that are related to their own experiences (so they might know the answer or be interested in the question). People also tend to reply to threads that have very clearly stated problems, preferably including snippets of code so they can see exactly what the issue is.

Looking at your post from a week ago, you asked a question that I would guess few users are familiar with. You also weren't particularly specific ("Somehow it doesn't work" is not particularly descriptive), and you provided no sample code showing your own attempts to solve your problem. Although I'm unfamiliar with the the question that you were asking, it appears to be about the general theory of a specific type of filter, rather than about MATLAB, which is the purpose of this newsgroup.

Perhaps if you asked a specific question related to the MATLAB programming involved in your particular problem, you would get a meaningful response? However, whining about not getting answers to your questions is hardly helpful.

Just a post to let you know that I have read your above-quoted posting.
I cannot answer your question "what's the sense of this forum" as I do
not understand what you mean by "sense" in this context. But at least
this is a reply.

In future, if I remember your name out of the roughly 2000 different
posters per week, I will endevour to post an acknowledgement of the
existence of your post so that you will at least will get _something_.
