From: Gunga on 10 Mar 2010 04:51 My Contacts List (in Outlook) has names stored in Last Name, First Name order. Is it possible to change this order for the whole list, without changing each name individually? Many thanks
From: Russ Valentine on 10 Mar 2010 06:28 Outlook uses no such term as Contact List, so we don't know what you mean by it. You did not specify to which view version or you are referring, so we can't tell you how to sort it. -- Russ Valentine "Gunga" <Gunga(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:D6D11626-CB40-4DDC-BAFC-9B2DC10BF932(a)microsoft.com... > My Contacts List (in Outlook) has names stored in Last Name, First Name > order. > > Is it possible to change this order for the whole list, without changing > each name individually? > > Many thanks
