I am a beginner to Simulink. I am unable to utilize the general CRC generator block. I provided the input from a constant but I receive the following error

"Error reported by S-function 'scomcrcgen' in 'untitled/General CRC Generator': This block does not support multi-channel frame signals."

"Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of 'untitled/Constant' is a [1x9] matrix."

Can anybody help me out.
