From: JMSwanson on 16 Apr 2010 12:57 I wonder if anyone would know if Microsoft makes a program that would be like outlook, but without the mail feature. I want a computer program that has a main calendar that can be shared, along with a task list feature without the clutter of the mail feature. Some sort of mass organizer with reminder features... bells and whistles :P

You can use Outlook in nomail mode but its calendar is not sharable unless you use Exchange server or a 3rd party utility. Live and Gmail both offer calendars that can be shared. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM New Poll: What type of email account is your main account? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=42402 "JMSwanson" <JMSwanson(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CBC135FE-D10D-4F97-AFE7-1D7EE7CB42D7(a)microsoft.com... > I wonder if anyone would know if Microsoft makes a program that would be > like > outlook, but without the mail feature.
